These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity operating the jalibo platform ("Company", "we" or "jalibo") and each individual who uses the jalibo.cam website and related services ("User", "you" or "Member").

3.2 Verification Delays

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.

• Standard withdrawal processing is completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may be held for review if KYC verification is pending or suspicious activity is detected.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements applicable to a bonus have not been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jalibo offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳28,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳48,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it becomes withdrawable. For example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus requires total bets of ৳37,500 before withdrawal.

5.3 Additional Bonus Terms

• Each account will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit after claiming the bonus.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds will only be withdrawable once the wagering requirements have been met.
• jalibo reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If multiple accounts or bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

jalibo's VIP program has four tiers that progress based on member activity:

Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to qualifying accounts. Regular active play is required to advance to higher tiers.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

6.2 Right to Cancel Bets

6.3 Special Cricket Betting Terms

For betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments, if a match or series is abandoned, bets will be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded. No objections will be accepted after the official result has been announced.

6.4 Live Casino Terms

If a round in a live game is left incomplete due to a network disconnection, action will be taken in accordance with the game provider's rules. jalibo is not responsible for disconnections.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jalibo and any violation will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Accessing or using another person's account
• Registering using a false identity

7.2 Financial Fraud

• Misappropriating funds by initiating chargebacks or payment disputes
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or transferring illegal funds

7.3 Gaming Fraud

• Placing bets using bots, automation tools or artificial software
• Exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in game software
• Collusion or attempting to influence game outcomes in an organized manner
• Gaining unfair advantage through bonus abuse

8.1 Closure by jalibo

jalibo may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms
• KYC verification failure or submission of false documents
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Court order or regulatory directive

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure, provided there are no outstanding violations.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account remains inactive for 12 months or more, jalibo may impose an inactivity fee or close the account. You will be notified in advance regarding this matter.

The jalibo platform and all services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We accept no liability for the following:

• Loss of gaming sessions due to internet disconnection or technical failure
• Software errors from third-party game providers
• Account access by unauthorized third parties (if the user fails to keep their login credentials secure)
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks
